WOHS SAFE TEAM

The Student Assistance and Family Empowerment (S.A.F.E.) program, provides a comprehensive range of prevention and intervention services for our students and families. Our program at West Orange High School focuses on the social and emotional needs of the entire student body.

S.A.F.E. also offers students a confidential and safe place to discuss issues and assist with finding solutions: homeless youth, violence, grief and loss, divorce and family problems, depression and suicide, lack of self-esteem, cultural conflicts, relationship problems, child abuse, and more.

S.A.F.E. services use a team approach by partnering with the student's families, the West Orange team and resources in the community to help support all of the student's needs.
