CFE Exams

All students will take an End of Year exam for each course they take. These exams will count as 20% of their final grade for the class.

AP Testing

All students taking AP courses are required to take the AP exam. Passing the AP exam with a 3 or higher will result in an A for the course (policy may change). AP exams will take place from May 1-12, 2017. For more information visit

EOC Testing

End of Course Exams begin in March and run through the month of May. They include:  FSA ELA Writing and Reading, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Biology, and US History. To determine which EOCs you must take and pass, please refer to the Graduation Requirements for your graduating class.


All freshman and sophomores are required to take the PSAT in October. For up to date testing days, please go to the OCPS testing site. When taken the junior year, this test gives juniors the opportunity to qualify for the National Merit, National Achievement Award and National Hispanic Award programs


SAT and/or ACT scores are required for college acceptance and are used for various awards and scholarships (Including bright futures). Scores can also be used to replace a failing FSA score. Tests are given throughout the year. ESE/504 students refer to the ACT/SAT websites for an Accommodation Request and deadlines.
