Transcript Request

- All OFFICIAL transcripts are ordered through Ms. Spence at the Student Services front desk.
- Per OCPS policy, student records, including transcripts, cannot be emailed.
- Transcripts sent electronically (current students only) to Florida PUBLIC colleges or NCAA are sent at no charge.
- Each printed official transcript is $2.00.
- School Pay is only to be used if you need a paper copy of your transcript.
- Please mail or email the following to Ms. Elizabeth Spence;
  - Completed Transcript Request Form
  - Copy of your photo ID,
  - a copy of your School Pay receipt.

CURRENT WOHS STUDENTS
- Current WOHS students can order official transcripts from the Student Services front desk (Guidance office - 800 building).
- Electronic official transcript requests can ONLY be sent to Florida Public Colleges/Universities and are FREE OF CHARGE.
- Hard copy transcript requests are $2.00 each; cash not accepted, must pay thru School Pay Link

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

College Applications: Students needing an UNOFFICIAL copy of their transcript in order to complete their self reported STARS and/or SPARK can get a copy from Ms. Maroth in the College + Career Center, or their Counselor.
