Schedule Change

Please read the policies and procedures carefully BEFORE
submitting a schedule change request

» While students may see a schedule in Skyward before school begins, this may not be the student's final schedule as counselors are still working on leveling classes and scheduling as new student registrations are received. Please be patient as they work hard to ensure all students have a schedule for the first day of school.

» ALL schedule change requests are required to be submitted using the Google form linked below. Phone calls and/or emails requesting schedule changes will not be considered.

» The schedule change request Google form will open on Monday, August 7th at 5 pm and close on Tuesday, August 15th at 2:45 pm. No schedule change requests will be considered after the form closes. No exceptions will be made.

Only ONE form submission per student will be accepted, so please complete the form carefully and accurately. We strongly encourage families and students to communicate with each other to avoid multiple submissions.

» Your counselor will review your request when it is received and send an email notification update after the request is reviewed.

»  Asking for schedule change could change your lunch and/or a period for your other classes.  Please understand we will NOT change it back if you are unhappy since we are working to accommodate your requests below.

» Change requests for different teachers, periods, or lunches will NOT be honored.

» Changes for different levels (regular/honors/AP) may require parent contact, parent approval in writing, or administrative approval.

» Requests for other electives may not be honored if the course you are requesting
is closed and does not have space available.

» If you want to drop a CTE class (Digital Info Tech, Journalism, Engineering Design, Digital Design, Digital Video Production, or Agriscience Foundation, etc.), please know we will be unable to remove the class for a non-rigorous course as these are classes that allow you to earn an Industry Certification and become college and career ready. By the time seniors graduate, we would like all students to either have an Industry Certification complete, take and pass an AP exam with a 3 or higher, or complete a Dual Enrollment class with a grade of C or better.

Form Opens August 7th at 5pm

Form Closes August 15th at 2:45 pm
